  Friday Check-In:  $50.00 for the three-day weekend or $25.00 for Friday only
  Saturday Check-In: $45.00 for the rest of the weekend or $30.00 for Saturday only
  Sunday Check-In: $25.00

CHILDREN AGES 6 TO 12:

  One-half the current Adult rate with the simultaneous purchase of one Adult membership.

CHILDREN UNDER AGE 6:
  Free.  Must be registered at the door with parent or guardian check-in.

  This special package includes one full three-day membership, one free convention t-shirt, front-row seating at all ballroom and programming room events, one ticket to the VIP champagne reception, one free autograph from one celebrity guest of your choice, a special con badge identifying your membership status, and any additional benefits that may be announced.  Ambassador memberships are available for $100.00.  Please note: The "free autograph" includes only the autograph itself and does not include any item (photo, etc.) that the celebrity guest may offer for sale.
 
SUPPORTING MEMBERSHIPS -- CLOSED

  Can't attend the convention but still wish to support us?  Purchase a Supporting Membership for only $20.00.  We'll send you a con badge and program book after the convention.  Supporting memberships purchased before April 17, 2015, can be converted to an attending membership at the door.
 
VIP CHAMPAGNE RECEPTION -- SOLD OUT

  Kick off the convention by enjoying a selection of catered hors d'oeuvres and various champagnes in an intimate, dinner-style atmosphere with our celebrity guests, Guardians of Forever, Ambassadors and the Chairman of the convention from 8:00 to 10:00 p.m. Friday evening.  This event is included in an Ambassador membership.  For others, admission is $30.00 and must be paid in advance.  Attendance is limited to 30 persons and restricted to persons over the age of 21.
 
SOUVENIR COMMEMORATIVE T-SHIRTS -- CLOSED

  Our souvenir commemorative t-shirts will feature a full-sized, full-color design depicting our celebrity guests with the name and date of the convention on a high-quality, 50/50 polycot shirt.  Available in red, black or royal blue in all sizes from Small to XXXXL.  Pre-ordering is highly recommended to ensure your choice of color and size.  Only a limited selection of these shirts in sizes Small to XXL will be available for sale at the convention.  Persons who want a XXXL or XXXXL shirt must order in advance.  One t-shirt is included in an Ambassador membership.  For others, our souvenir commemorative t-shirts are $20.00 each and will be available for pickup at the convention.
 
FAN TABLES -- CLOSED
    What is the difference betweeen a Fan Table and a Dealers Table?

Fan tables are offered to fan clubs, authors, artists, conventions, nonprofit organizations, musical acts, fan film productions and other persons or groups to promote themselves.  Only merchandise created and produced by the tableholder is allowed to be sold.  For example, a fan club may sell only club memberships and club-branded merchandise, an author may sell only his own books, an artist may sell only his own artwork, a musical act may sell only its own recordings, etc.  Dealer tables are offered to companies who are in the business of selling merchandise and dealers are allowed to sell pretty much anything.

Dealer tables are located in the Dealers Room, which has specific hours of operation and is secured when closed.  Fan tables are located throughout the common areas of the hotel and are not secured.  Treklanta does not require that fan tables be staffed at specific times (or at all), but takes no responsibility for the safety and security of any goods or merchandise left on tables unattended.

Dealer tables are $80 each and include one membership per table.  Fan tables are $10 each and are available only to attending members of the convention.  Anyone attending a fan table must be registered with the convention.

Access to electricity is guaranteed to dealers.  Although there is a limited number of electrical outlets located throughout the common areas of the hotel, access to electricity may or may not be available to fan tables and is not offered, promised or guaranteed by the convention.  Wi-fi access is available in the common areas of the hotel.

In accordance with 16-12-22.1 of the Georgia Code, only 501(c) nonprofit organizations may hold raffles.
